John Reedburg is an award-winning author, filmmaker, and multimedia producer. In 2021, his book, Cracks of Light, was a Readers Favorite Book Award Winner for Urban Fiction, and an Amazon Top 10 listee. He holds MFA degrees in Creative Writing and Screenwriting/Directing from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and Chapman University respectively.
He is also an alumnus of USC’s Guy Hanks and Marvin Miller Screenwriting Fellowship Program. Most recently, he is the writer and creator of the podcast series, No Tears For Black Girls, recently rated by Feedspot as one of the top 20 Black True Crime Podcasts to watch in 2024.
